... met Microsoft 365.
Makkelijker dan het lijkt.

Client: Arcus IT, a Dutch IT company

Briefing: Find a way to make general practitioners, pharmacies and 'zorggroepen' transition to Microsoft 365 (with the help of Arcus, of course). 

Context: The traditional general practitioner or pharmacist still doesn't see the added value of M365. And those who do see the benefits come across obstacles and fears when it comes to implementation, processes, efficiency, employees, security, laws, knowledge and skills. As a result they don't migrate to M365, or they don't use it in the most optimal way. Zorggroepen (networks that advise and guide general practitioners) are aware that something needs to change: they want to improve the level of health care in their region and wish to facilitate better and more efficient partnerships. However, due to lack of time, different priorities and sometimes the slow adoption of traditional general practitioners makes it hard for them to establish the transition to M365.  

Concept: In this campaign we focused on removing the objections and fears that each of the target audiences had when it comes to Microsoft 356. We created awareness that 'Microsoft 365 is not difficult at all!' by using an array of scenarios, solutions and experiences:

- Working efficiently ....
- Working in a safe way ....
- Working together ....
- etc. 

... with Microsoft 365.
Easier than it may seem. (Makkelijker dan het lijkt). 

 

For this project I acted as assistant art director and was part of the concept creation. After that, I oversaw the actualisation of the concept and acted as the campaign manager for this client over a period of three months to ensure continuity of the concept.
