It's that simple.
Client: HR Future Proof, a company that builds HR intranets in Microsoft Teams (the People Hub)
Briefing: Create a campaign around the People Hub that raises brand- and product awareness and will ultimately generate leads and new clients.
Context: HR-employees are drowning in work. The search for new colleagues never ends, personnel admin is extremely time consuming and HR gets the same questions every day. And with all of that going on, HR doesn't have time to focus on internal issues or to really help and motivate employees who need it. As a result, these employees leave, which leads to even more problems. This has to change. The only problem is that HR doesn't want to add yet another application. Luckily, they don't need to. Because HR Future Proof builds the People Hub in Microsoft Teams.
Concept: For this campaign we focused on how easy HR Future Proof and the People Hub are. You don't need to purchase new software or find your way in a new digital environment. You just use the tools you already have: your Microsoft 365-applications. Easy for you and for your colleagues. It's that simple.
For this concept I acted as assistant art director and was part of the concept creation. After that, I oversaw the actualisation of the concept and acted as the campaign manager for this client over a period of six months, ensuring that we adhered to this concept over time.
